What if my Photo exceeds 25MB size limit or in RAW or PSD format or cannot upload on your site? How do i order then

How do I Upload my photos?
Firstly create an account and login, after successful Login, You will land up on Upload Photos page directly where you can Browse from your computer & Upload your photos. Alternatively if you already have an account, just login and then select Upload Photos. When you have located the photo, click 'ok' and the file name and location will appear in the relevant box on your Upload page. You will next be taken to choose your level of service for your image so follow the instructions and click each feature you require to be retouched per image. Once you have added these photos to your shopping cart, you can repeat the process and upload more images until you have the required number of photos in your cart. All you need to do then is check out and pay via Paypal or credit/debit card.
Who will own the copyright of my new image?
You will! Foto Enchanter do not claim any copyright to derivative retouched/edited images submitted by customers, and you will always be the only copyright owner.
Is there any size limit,Maximum Number of Photos to Upload and format accepted on the photos,that i can upload?
Yes, normally image size must not exceed 25 MB but this is usually more than sufficient for most images.

  • Maximum uploading size for each image is 25 MB ( Mega Bytes )

Is there a maximum number of photos I can upload at any one time for Order?
Yes, It is true that you can upload 20 images at a time when uploading , however , There is no limit for you to add any number of photos to your Shopping Cart and order all as a single Order.This can be achieved by uploading 20 images first , choose retouching services for these 20 images then Add them all to Shopping Cart, once all your 20 Photos are added in Shopping Cart , you can go back to upload Page and again start upload your next 20 images and add them to shopping cart and Pay for them in a single Order.
It is suggested that if you exceed more than 29 photos then you qualify for bulk photo order discount .Visit Bulk photo order page for more details
What photo formats or kinds of photos do you accept?
All kinds of popular digital photos are accepted with each single file size being upto 25MB. In details,we accept these photos:- JPG/JPEG,BMP or bmp , TGA , GIF, PNG photos (may be called jpg in lower case - it is all the same!) on our fotoenchanter.com Website. But If you would like to upload TIFF and PSD files - Most RAW files (NEF, CR2, CRW,DNG...). either upload your photos as attachment (and your account email alongwith corrections you need for each image) to: upload@fotoenchanter.com or

How long do I need to wait for my photos?
Our turnaround time is 20 hours for any single image but based on the service you choose. For Bulk of Photos , it may take a little longer to get the best results but we will confirm expected timings to you within 24 hours for this service once we have assessed the level of work required to reach your expected standard.
What can I do if I am unhappy with your work?
Foto Enchanter has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the new photos,send us email at support@fotoenchanter.com and issue further instructions to allow us to enhance the image to your satisfaction. write what you want us to do again for you . we can do unlimited revisions for FREE of cost untill you are satisfied, so you can instead issue further instructions to allow us to enhance the image to your satisfaction. It may be that there was some misunderstanding of your instructions at the beginning but whatever your concern, please add additional instructions or explanations to help the designer to better understand your expectation and improve the work and we can ensure that you get exactly what you wanted. We are sure your revision image will be exactly as you wanted it second time around. We cannot say fairer than that!
Can you always do everything I want?
There is virtually nothing we cannot do! However very occasionally what you may need us to do within the realms of the image provided may be completely unworkable. Before we start to work on you photos, our design team will carefully look at your photos and instruction. If we do not think your instruction is possible, we will contact you about your order and provide a full refund as soon as possible.
Can i change my account password or other profile settings?
Yes, first login into your account and click on profile setting button where you can change your password and other profile settings.
Will my photos be kept private?
Yes, completely. FotoEnchnter has a strict privacy policy with excellent software built in to keep your images protected. No third party is able to access your photos and we will never publish your photos as examples/demos or in any other way .
What do I do if I have forgotten all my Login details?
If you have just forgotten your password then just goto Login and click forgot password and type your email address you used to login and we will send you new password on your email.However,If you have forgotten your Password, please enter just your email address and select 'Forgotten Password' to be sent an email link to recreate your password.If you cannot remember any of your Login details, please email admin@fotoenchanter.com with your name and we will reset your information for you.
Do you accept RAW or PSD images online?

How PAY-AS-YOU-GO Payment system works?
3 Step Process - First, Simply Browse & upload a Single or Multiple Photos from your computer.

Secondly, Choose Corrections from pool of options alongwith description note , press Add to Cart for each image and just press Continue to Shopping Cart.

Third Now you are automatically directed to Your Shopping Cart page ,Now review total amount or if you like, can remove any photo from shopping cart, when done, Click on Pay Button,that will take you to PayPal website to make secure payment,once done click on return to website from PayPal page and now you will see Successful Order Notification.Moreover go to Order History menu to check your payment details and status of your fixed Photos.You will receive your fixed phtos within 20 hours of time.
What is Bulk Photos Order and how it works
If you have Large Volume of Photos per Day/Month starting from 30 or more photos.Then Bulk Photos Order is recommended for you. No need to sign up or register or dont follow above steps .Just 2 steps process

1st Step - First, Visit Bulk Order page, fill in a simple form containing information about your Name,Email, total photos you want to edit, services for each photos,specify specific description for each photos alongwith its name and when you are done,just press order button.

2nd Step - Upload your photos through wetransfer (its free and no sign up needed) ,just type your email you mentioned in order form ,description for each photos in message area and send it to our email: bulkorder@fotoenchanter.com and we will do the rest.
Free Unlimited revisions untill you are completely satisfied. Approve or Disapprove Photos by sending us email at support@fotoenchanter.com.

How can i check my successful Order details on my account?
After successful Login , Click on Order History Button to see your successful payments and orders you recently made.

If you have just few images to edit and just want to pay for those only, then PAY-AS-YOU-GO is recommended for you.
For instance, whenever you upload any multiple photos or a single photo for retouching in a shopping cart, you will be asked to pay for just those photos only and we will do the rest. Once payment is confirmed, you will recieve email notification within 20 hours to download your fixed photos on your email, If your photos are larger in size, then we will send you dropbox link or wetransfer.com to download your fixed photos, after download, let us know whether you are satisfied or need free revisions untill you are satisfied through email at support@fotoenchanter.com .
However,this payment is a little expensive as compared to Bulk image order.

As soon as your image is completed, an email notification will be sent to you with a special link take you directly to download page . If you are not satisfied with any retouched version of photos, you can send us email at support@fotoenchanter.com for any image and write any changes you want us to do again on text area dialoge box.Foto Enchanter has a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
